I understand that many businesses are doing this, which sucks.

Healthcare in this country was also a joke before the Affordable Care Act came into play.

Poor people getting basic healthcare lowers healthcare costs as they would not have to rely on ER treatment that could have be prevented in the first place, thus lowering costs.

Maybe I'm just crazy though, those damn poors don't deserve to be healthy I guess.

If that was the case..fine. but these people don't go to the Dr anyhow in most cases. And, why is the individual not responsible for at least trying to provide for themselves instead of having to be supported by others?

The entitlement attitude in this country will be the cause of it's demise. Count on it!
