I don't think it was a work. I think it was just typical Bubba going way to far somewhere he shouldn't have went at all. But, who knows. Guess we will find out.

I think Bubba knows how much love the audience has for Spice and how many people are not exactly thrilled with him at the moment. If he can play nice with Cowhead, then he can easily remain supportive of Spice, at least on air. I also think he knows how many people would side with Spice if they had a disagreement. I think because of the new Bone format he's trying to be a team player. Whether that will last, who knows.

He desperately wants Jacksonville back as well as new markets, and Randy Michaels has yet to put him on that rock station in Chicago. He's probably realizing IO is an unreliable venture at best.
