Depends..if they didn't actually see you operate the vehicle, and when they got their the keys were not in the ignition, not much they can do. But if they saw you driving into the gas station and suspected DUI, just because you pull the keys out don't mean sheeit!

Not true at all. If you are caught in the car, with the keys IN THE IGNITION and your drunk, you get a DUI all day long.

You are confusing 2 issues. They don't have to see you driving, IF you have keys in the ignition, and are capable of being to operate the vehicle and trashed. You said the people DIDN'T have the keys in the ignition, Shannon did!
