Yeah, that would be a pain fo sho! What are you doing at this place? Hopefully you get lifetime lift tics as part of the deal!

It's a 500 seat resturant, I'm contracted for both plumbing and heating.

lol, Yep.. The other thing is RBI boilers were specked, 2 of them 1.75 milliom a piece, First time I've ever used them. Made in Canada, They fucking suck, Another reason to hate Canada
