A friend (deputy) of mine was driving home, pulling up to his gated community and went to put in his gate code and passed out. Of course he was hammered. Cops get called, his own buddies hauled his ass to jail. They dont play with that shit.

Depends..if they didn't actually see you operate the vehicle, and when they got their the keys were not in the ignition, not much they can do. But if they saw you driving into the gas station and suspected DUI, just because you pull the keys out don't mean sheeit!
