Well, the video that was up was like a minute and a half I thought? And they were told this is without authorization to remove it, and they didn't. And I think the other side made Gawker look like complete POS'. So like you said earlier..it will most likely come down to who they think is more of a scum. I'm sure they think Bubba, but that isn't the question here.
