I don't think anyone re-uses needles anymore... if they are they should go to jail IMO... there's no reason or need for it. Needles are literally pennies a piece

If I have a friend do one for me not in a shop I go to spaulding and rogers and buy my own needles no shit

gloves = pennies a pair when you buy cases

vaseline smear - pennies...

popscicle stick - pennies...

ink.. maybe a buck's worth... maybe 2 or 3 dollars worth if you have some color.

the grips are all disposable now and so are the needles... so that's maybe 3 bucks tops and there's no cleaning costs to running an autoclave with disposable grips..

you have some sleeves for your clipcoard and a bag for your machine..

and some ink caps..

oh and stencil paper... it's a tad expensive but you can use one sheet for a crapload of tattoos

you make the mistake of assuming the artist is gonna tattoo himself... sure some do but many don't. so their tattoos are no sign of their work ethic or quality.

the only thing that matters is your portfolio
