They didn't ask for a mistrial they are asking for a win due to lack of evidence .

I've listened to a few of my old appearances on there, holy crap I sounded like a cartoon character. Do they even break down the show anymore? Seems like they get off topic from what I've heard, plus I've been so busy with school I haven't heard much lately, plus with the trial going on, there's been no point for a DD.
