So where did the day end? Judge still going to consider throwing out the defamation and will advise tomorrow or what? Or did he make a decision on that so it is just the name calling still left? Sorry to ask, but was on a call the last part of it.

The judge threw out five charges so far apparently, going on what a caller said. Closing arguments are tomorrow and Brent teased a hallway confrontation that Bubba had that they'll talk about tomorrow.
