i was down there a few years a go but was mainly at the resort it was pretty nice but the towns were shittttttyyyy lookin

Cozumel is pretty much an island full of resorts and touristy shit. Far from being Mexico City. Still, I stopped at a pharmacy for a soda and the amount of pills and prescription shit there was impressive.

Yeah, I was in Cozumel for my honeymoon a couple of yrs ago. Even still, you get off the beaten path there, it is third world shit.
