I think the point is that his memory is suspect on a pretty constant basis yet he can nail down facts left and right for this supposed "conspiracy". Also that he has "no recollection" of anything, but it is stuff he used as a crux in his arguments in both this case and the MJ deal. Funny how that works eh?

That is the argument they are trying to make at least it seems. Though he remembers that video as they used that as a major example of harassment. His line about forgetting it was burger king is suspect considering he used it as a focus point. He's a drunk, but he's a drunk with notes!

Always remember you can't justify budgets if you don't spend the money in them. Gotta have these frivolous cases to justify spending more at the upper levels on important things like new judge's chairs complete with fancy padding.
