I mean he felt like he was stabbed in the back by ch10, so it's likely he was heeding some advice as to not say anything that may burn bridges and cool down and have it looked at rationally. Rather than attack people he's worked with.

Today he was level headed about it and said alright, I just won't do anything for them anymore.

Don't be suprised that he holds stuff back like this. He's less inclined to air things out anymore because it's burned him a bit.
