Well Bubba spent almost an entire show tearing into Hogan and saying he knew, etc.

If he has to testify that it was all bullshit (even if it wasn't) he comes off looking even worse. So it's really a no win situation for him for testify. No wonder he's avoiding it.

No, not at all, Chob was asking us what we thought of the Gawker folks calling themselves "journalists" and I used the podcasters/radio personality comparison, Milk popped on the deal, so I consider my job done in that aspect.

My Nga , that's what I've been saying the whole time. That show is probably the single biggest piece of evidence against Hootie and I'm not sure how it hasn't made it's way into evidence yet.

That was another reason I think Bubba couldn't bankroll this trial, he's gonna have to pay out a king's ransom on this Neilsen deal, because they want a trial and are not looking for a settlement at all, they want blood from the fat man, and I think they'll get it.

It could easily be dismissed as BS citing the Schnitt stuff and how they admitted in court they would just hint at things at best and make shit up at worst to rile him up.
