Not too bad, swelling went done completely after about a week. I had it done on a Thursday morning, took off Friday & the weekend, back to work on Monday. Couldn't go to the gym for a few weeks, and it feels like you've been kicked in the nuts for a bit. Aside from that, it was well worth it.
