Bubba will testify that the tape was "stolen" from his house and leaked to Gawker. Bubba will testify that Hogan was filmed without his knowledge and therefore by Gawker featuring it on their website will be found guilty of some kind of crime or some shit and can't hide behind the 1st Amendment. Hogan will then in turn get paid as the jury in Florida (Specifically St. Pete) are a bunch of Homo-Hating, anti New Yorker, Pro Hootie marks that will award him a large settlement based on punitive damages. That is, if you believe a word of what Bubba is saying of course.

I do like their argument that Hootie has many times talked about his sexual prowess on air and then failed to deliver on the tape and got stone cold busted in a lie saying he would never give Heather the "leg drop"

But Gawker's self righteous pontificating about free speech when all they care about is clicks, ad revenue and the chance to knock a celeb down a few pegs is fucking disgusting.

It affects no one's life if Hogan brags about his sex life while failing to deliver in the bedroom.

I think it all goes back to what Bubba said a million times. "What's the best way to stay relevant Brent?, Make a sex tape!" What if this was the plan from day one? Hootie is the ultimate worker and Bubba prides himself on being a worker as well. This could all be one giant swerve by them, possibly?
