My mom gives to charity's every year around xmas,I check each one for her so we only give to good ones,and we give to the mission in Albany a lot!

A lot of these charities have way too much overhead.

Most charities are just long term bank accounts. They hold a ton of money over a lot of years and then when they dissolve the charity they take a huge payout to themselves.
