Quick question
About the btls foundation, i wanted to give $ for the holiday but there seems to be an issue. The foundation had revenue of over 75,000 last year but they only gave out $21,600 to help officers etc..
The foundation also ended the year with cash of over $69,000. A few questions: a.Why did they not help more people out?, they have the cash b.Why should I give money to the foundation when they already have almost $70K that they have just sitting in a bank account? c.Isnt the purpose of a foundation to give the entire donation amounts out to people in need? I am sure there are plenty of ways to spread 70K. d. Only gave 21K out the whole year so why should I donate???? you already have cash to hand out but you arent doing your job of helping people. So many people donated thinking you would help but its just sitting in your account?? doesnt make sense. Seems to me you would ask for people to donate to your foundation when you have no CASH left and have handed out all the money that people sent in thinking it would go to help people. |

Hey Bobbada4, I posted something similar a little bit back about his foundation.
http://www.rawradiotalk.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=5273 I was especially taken aback by all the fees and charges, most notably the almost 16k for fund raising and event charges. Back when Colin Brady died and Bubba was collecting money via his foundation for Colin's kids I was pissed to see how high the credit card processing fees were. He is definitely not in the "90% of giving back" as he has touted so many times on air. |

It's a way for him and his cronies to hide money. Same with his resturaunts over the years... If BRP is mostly a cash deal... and a great way to kiss ass to cops... Makes you wonder why Corp Hatley split like he did... He was the director or something, wasn't he?
Bubba couldn't even do right by radioio, think he's gonna do right by this? |

It sucks man cause I know this is all coming across as "hate" but there's merit to it.

He said they are a "seven thousand dollar value" this year. But then again he overestimates the value of everything he gives away. Like the girls gun and the raffle F150.

This went really well for Bubba the last time he attacked a board op, didn't it. I also like how he immediately discounts the PD because he used to be a stunt guy several years back.
