My guess is Hogan's lawyers will say that Cowhead and Spice did the dirty dealings from either their (CMG) building or using their equipment, or both.

And if I were him, I wouldn't be having a happy party over this, Hogan still has the option to sue him.

For all of Bubba's bluster, he is right about how the local media (Except for Ch.13) is not covering the fact that Hogan is suing Calta and Spice.
