Satellite connection?

When I'm on a rig in New Mexico I'm stuck with shitty satellite internet from Pason that is only about 8% faster than 56k dial-up and drops out in a light breeze.

We are just so far out in the countryside that there isn't a choice of providers. There is only one and they simply don't give a fuck about fixing the problems. On a usual day, I get about a little better than dial up speed. On a bad day, it's below dial up.
