Your laws and the basis for getting something into court are to lax. This is why you have so many frivolous lawsuits.

No argument here, our legal system is far from perfect and Florida does it no favors.

Why do people call others names like "black mike"

even if Black Mike calls himself Black Mike, you don't hear others saying "hey I'm asian-american Andrew" or "Sup Lads, Me names Scottish Mcduff"
