I have to 100% agree with fatass on this one. He won 48-0 and now MJ wants concessions from him, WTF is going on around here? Since when are you able to negotiate AFTER a verdict has been handed down? Was I asleep in law class the day they covered this topic???

Yeah that's what I got out of it too. Now that the verdict was against them, let's mediate a settlement Bubba can pay them! WTF is this shit?

That Bubba atty was like, no, this briefcase deal has nothing to do with the verdict or case in question, settle that as the verdict should stand, then we can mediate the briefcase shit. Not sure what they expect to get from that.

Judge seems like he is fed up with this whole circus, saying "yeah mediation would have been a good idea..5 fuckin years ago"
