The 4s is a great phone, the sprint network is real crappy though.

I just want to be able to stream io and other shit without too many drop outs and get a decently priced data plan. I know the last one is damn near impossible.

Don't expect to be able to stream IO on strictly the network. You will top out in data before the end of the billing cycle. If your near good wifi, just use it instead.
