well technically they started the idea of sending them out and getting them on shows and stuff... so yeah howard's team gets credit. I'm sure there were cardboard cut outs galore when private parts came out. They always make those for movies. My friend had one for the santa claus that had real christmas lights wrapped around tim allen. We bought it for 3 bucks.. looked great in his room
