Last time I checked I was more fucked when both houses were red. Now that there's contention nothing is getting done because you have ideagogues who don't compromise and would rather do nothing and collect their checks.

Last time we were fucked worse both houses were blue, between 04 and 08! Fuckin Pelosi and Reid ran rampant and if not for their own inability to do anything, would have been much worse!!

Cain is no leader. If he had any balls he would have been a part of the civil rights movement but no, he pussied out and resisted the movement when he was a young man and was asked to be involved. No risk, no glory, he decided to avoid risk so early on so he gets no glory now.

You can't ban lobbyists without compromising an individual's right to speech. You need to make it so businesses have no rights to donate or fund campaigns. If you kill the personhood of corporations then you get rid of a majority of the cash for lobbies.

There is a major difference between one person having a voice as opposed to entire industries owning politicians in all kinds of various ways. Favors here, get kid's job for this vote, all the other shady shit, etc. It is as corrupt as any third world country we proclaim needs "democracy"!
