I can't speak for all insurance companies of course, but this whole "your insurance company will cancel you after a claim or if you have to sue them" is bullshit. I've personally seen policies where there are several at fault claims and we didn't cancel them. I personally had to sue the company I work for because My family and I were in an accident and they drug their feet completing the claim. We settled before it went to court because all we asked for is for our car to be fixed and my wife's medical bills be paid. Oh yeah and my boss was the one who suggested I sue them, so there's that
