I mean that was the point right? The mediation accomplishes nothing but put in writing what Bubba already said he wasn't going to do anyway.

The legal fee thing sucks though, but he cost Bubba 800k while completely ruining his reputation in the process.

I honestly don't think so, he never said don't make fun of me, he was upset he was called a criminal, a cheater and a liar and didn't want his family talked about.

But he walks away with the satisfaction that he potentially bankrupted the fatman and not only does he not have to pay any legal fees he's actually gonna win millions when he sues SLK.

Even if IO didn't pan out that great. This really sucks and it's easy for us to say keep fighting it when we're not the ones hemorrhaging the cash.
