you can play games with your audience and afford to piss a few people off - but you don't want to piss off your investors - and these people invested in BUBBA... io existed for years and was failing... but bubba did manage to get it a small cash injection to get shannon and leger on fulltime - and now he's messing with that cashflow IMO

FM might or might not re-sign him... if they don't - bubba has to get everyone over to IO but anyone outside looking in will see a boatload of already fucked over, pissed off fans - not a good incentive to buy an IO sub
