Great so I subscribed but it won't let me listen to Bubba 2 even though under my memberships it lists me at having a BTLS: Lieutenant Monthly Subscription.

I am using my username to login not my email address.

Try logging out and logging back in, clearing cache/cookies/etc.? If that doesn't work, download the desktop app if you're on your own computer.

The desktop app is much better at this point. I can log in and listen with no issues.
