It may be that they record at 192 and DOWNCONVERT to 64kbits for broadcast, SJ. I haven't really looked into it, but it should be pretty obvious to the ear if that's the case.

I wish I could get ahold of that Bill2256789 guy. I just bought a Wind Mobile stick. Cost me $80. for the stick, then $25. a month for UNLIMITED 6 meg (speedtest pegs it at 4.5meg) service. I fucking LOVE Wind mobile.
