no it just blinked off and came back on - which is usually when a line goes down and they re-route the power around it....

I used to be on a main line that a big business was on and it hardly ever went out cause they wanted that business to be drawing the power so they can make money - so it gets priority over line they switched us to a while back after the bus expanded...
