I like your ignorance on this subject. They were forced to watch the guns walk because state prosecutors balked on filing charges at the last minute. The prosecutors felt they had no chance to try the case, so rather than intercede and have state authorities confiscate and hold the transporters in custody to reclaim the goods, they told ATF that their hands were tied and good luck in the future. ATF lacked the jurisdiction and manpower to do it at the time because they were under the assumption that state law enforcement would back them up.

That guy showed his true colors this last election cycle. Regardless of your opinions on his father Dr. Ron Paul, Rand proved he's a piece of garbage when he went against his father.

Anyone who would back him after that is beyond dumb. If he will sell out his dad, there is no chance that he holds any regard for his constituents.

If we'd properly lock down our borders and put some actual defense on them border gangs wouldn't even be an issue though.
