Macks are okay, but not great IMO, very fishy and a PITA to work with (especially the blood line) much better catch and release for me personally.

We usually just filet em and toss the rest! No scaling required really! Wash em down about it.

Never was a fresh water fisherman, but I hear there are really good lakes in the Orlando area, I believe its call the Lake Tohopekaliga (sp?) chain of lakes...
