Here's how my refund debacle is going
Sent 10/17 Hey Spice, I sent this email to Tom Bean several times and to the radioio contact us as well and have heard nothing back. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Here is the email I sent; original email sent 10/3

10/17 response from Spice "Hello Shawn, I have personally forwarded your email to Tom Bean. - Spice"

Sent 10/19 Thanks Spice I appreciate it, but I have already sent the same email to several of Tom Bean's email addresses prior with no response(s). Is there any other way to handle this situation? I'm sorry to dump this on you, but you're the only one over there with your shit together that I can count on to get stuff done. Thanks again for your response.

From Spice 10/19 "I really do wish there was something more I can do for you personally however I cannot. I don't handle any aspect of refunds. I know Tom is a very busy guy, but I do hope he gets in touch with you soon. If he doesn't get in touch with you by next week, please circle back with me & I'll make sure it's still top of mind for him."

Sent 10/31 Spice, it has now been two weeks since you and I spoke and still nothing from Bean. Honestly, what the fuck do I have to do to get an Early Enlister refund??? This is getting ridiculous. My first email to Bean was on 10/3/2011 and he has done/said zero to date. This is bullshit. Please help me out.

His dickish attitude a few weeks ago aside, I do feel for the guy. And once again he did the heavy lifting today hosting the io show. I actually thought it was a pretty enjoyable show today with him at the helm.
