the hurricane threat and the insurance that goes along with them probably scares businesses away. florida always seems to take one for the team during hurricane season

Well, it is us homeowners that take the fucking for that. My ins has double in last 5 yrs.

und when a hurricane blows your home away, they'll either find a loop hole to not pay, or file bankruptcy to not pay.
