Right. If he testifies the truth that Hogan knew he was being taped...Hogan loses. If he says Hogan didn't know...Bubba goes to jail. Heather has a chance of gettin' busted for perjury for saying that she didn't know it was being taped when clearly she did.

Bubba is/was the "bad guy" in all this. How are all these fuckin people so duped into thinking he's not? It's mind boggling. Who gives a fuck if Spice stole it, it should have never been created to begin with. I would love to see Bubba take Spice to court on this, Bubba's deposition would probably be even more convoluted than his Gawker one, and there's no pleadin the fif in your own civil case there Cuh.
