I didn't say a fuckin thing about outsourcing! And if you look at some of ur provinces, unemployment rates are as high as 12.5%

BTW, our rate was 7.8% before Obama came in, now it is like 9.2% almost 3 yrs later! Yep all Bush!! That shit only goes so far IMO!
