Evening fellas... Whew what a day.... Just finishing up listening to the show, and I'm really just at a loss. This Shando on BTLS can't possibly end well... Shannon isn't a second fiddle guy. I know he could use the positive exposure, and will hopefully use Bubba as a stepping stone to get his voice back out on terrestrial radio, but it's kinda crazy to jump onto the sinking ship. Assuming that the St Louis deal fell thru (I didn't listen to the BTLS show), this feels like a step backwards...

On the bright side I got a MAJOR promotion today, NFN...

Howard Stern has struck out in his attempt to revive a $300 million lawsuit against Sirius XM for allegedly cheating him out of promised stock bonuses.

On Thursday, a New York appeals court refused to overrule a New York judge's ruling in April, 2012 that Stern deserved additional stock compensation if Sirius exceeded certain subscriber target projection. Sirius had exceeded the targets, but only when customers directly gathered through the merger with XM were counted.
