I'm gonna be honest though, it is a better deal for him. For a corporate juggernaut like iHeart, he could easily be lost in the shuffle and end up as just a cog in the machine. At Beasley, they're marks for Bubba and he can have management listen to his brilliant ideas and affirm how brilliant they are.

Plus it doesn't rule out him being on other iHeart stations where Beasley doesn't have a presence. As much as I want to say "oh shit man, you blew it" he's probably working smart here. Because we know he doesn't play well with large corporate entities.

Doesn't Bubba operate as a contractor, thus he's responsible for his own ads? There was no reason for Cox to pay for them. Cowhead probably isn't making what they paid Bubba, with a lot less headaches. How many times has Bubba threatened to leave places and 'take his ratings' with him? You never hear about that.

Hi. Devils advocate here. About two months before cowherd re signed with cox, comma, he threatened to take his ball and go home. So cowherd is the exact same as bubba. I can prove it over and over and over
