Regina addressed that exact scenario on the show one day. Even if the order is from this state, if the childs considered residence is in another state, that state now has complete jurisdiction. So she told this caller his only real option is to contact an atty in that state, and provide them with the order from this state, which could give them a leg to stand on. Judges in FL usually don't take well to parents skipping state to avoid parental/child support issues. At least that has been my outside viewing in experience of people I know who have been involved in these things.

I'm the one paying, yet she won't let me see the kid. Haven't gotten to be within 5ft of him and that was in the hospital. He is a 14mos old.
