The right has white nationalists and are traditionally anti-LGBT. Don't talk to me about tolerance. Your argument can't be that someone who is intolerant of intolerance is themselves intolerant.

The vast majority of people on the left and the right are not open-minded enough, but one side is definitely more "judgey" and intolerant.

The public comments that Trump and his advisers made about the travel ban are completely relevant when deciding on the actual travel ban. Their actual motive matters. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't overturn it, I am just saying that it is proper to consider what they said about it.
