no it came with the special edition pre order

but - my buddy has it - and get this - I've already finished it inline and got the launcher

if someone in your party has it, you can do the missions and get the reward - another glitch I'm sure but it happened to me

I find the character kinda cheap though and that robot they spawn steals my revive kills all the fucking time so it's shitty
