Movie theaters never enforce the ratings systems, it's a joke.

BM raises an interesting point - if everyone in that theatre had guns to shoot this guy back - would there be less dead - or more?

I mean people are horrible fucking shots when they panic... people will close their eyes and fire completely willy-nilly. I dunno if that would have helped the situation or made it worse

Billy might have seen the Rep from Texas that made the same comment. If people start carrying guns everywhere shit will just turn into the wild west. This isn't even a gun issue, there just should be some places where guns should not be allowed.
