I think seatbelts are kinda the same thing.. if you wanna wear it ok.. if not fine.. but no insurance for related injuries

Well, not wearing a seatbelt is illegal now. At least here, they can now pull you over just for that. Before, had to be for something else, then they could ticket you for it.
