What a load of shit. He can't take a step back and realize a lot of good talent left his show on their own accord, he then went into his shell and went into phone it in mode for years coasting on the name he made for himself in the past. The show has been stale for quite a long time now and no one around him would tell him that. He keeps bringing up how well he's done in the ratings, but when you have zero competition it's easy to win.
