Another big scam people, actually most people fall for is the value they insure. They're like well your home resell value is $200K, so we need to insure you for $200k. Really? And people pay these premiums!

Well, ur lot is worth prolly 30-40% of ur total value. So if ur home is totally blown away, burnt away whatever, is ur lot gone too? No!! But people pay it!! Suckers!!

Billions in erroneous charges insurance gets, yet they calim they are losing and raise our rates!! ARRRRRRGGGHHHHH
