Best steak I ever had was at a place called Gallaghers in Vegas. They had a corner window deal on the strip where their aging room was. Man that was awesome..no knife needed.

I'm enjoying the steak talk. Good show today. The best steak I ever had was from Peter Lugar's in NYC. I still remember how good it was 25 years later.
