ok but what about when you're at a restaurant and the food is really shitty but the service was good?

you should be allowed to short the bill by whatever your tip is and it should come out of the chef's paycheck then...

there's no punishment for not doing your job to satisfaction anymore. You can't fire people, you can't short their pay... there's no reason anyone should give a fuck

I think it's something people do all over the country. Grew up in VA and NC and my folks always stuffed their turkey.
