Still sounds like a Cox setup to me. So this one PPM person contacts Bubba, then turns around and reports him? Sounds like entrapment!

Which in my opinion is dumb , that persons friends and family can influence him, any one can influence a ppm the system is broke, Bubba didn't offer him mud flaps t-shirts and a lifetime supply of chicken dip, he just said listen to him, I look at it like a politican saying vote for me. Every one is up in arms , IMO its stupid.
