When i was a kid ,we lived on a navy base for a bit ,they played that everyday .

When I was in the Army, if you weren't in formation by the time that played at 6 AM..you were late!! Depending on where you were and what kind of unit, you would pay!!

It's funny after a while ,i wouldn't even notice it ,or the jets flying . We had relatives who would visit and were freaked out by both

yeah, you can get used to almost anything!! Like at Advanced training at Ft Sill Ok, home of Artillery. When I first got there, man I was up all night, cuz all you heard was artillery fire. After about a week, if you didn't hear it, was hard to get to sleep!!
