Part of me is starting to think that this could be the biggest rib on the public since NED.

2. no royalties unless that hick has a contract with someone plus his current deals should include that already...

I couldn't find "She's Going Places" in the BMI search or ASCAP database for songs written by Gary Levox. The fees the BRN pay to both would've taken care of that anyway.
